2+ years relevant outbound sales experience preferably in BPO or services companies
Track record in meeting KPI targets
Strong computer skills & knowledge of business applications (MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, Explorer)
Problem solving with a strong sense of urgency and initiative
Excellent English written and verbal communications skills
Proven excellent customer service skills
Focus and attention to quality
