Your challenge will be:
-Plan, direct, and coordinate contact center outbound activities including telemarketing, telesales, lead generation, data enrichment, campaigns, etc… to achieve both company and client targets
-Develop outbound staff to maximize their target achievements through on job training, motivational techniques, and incentive programs; determining revenue and call volume quotas

You are expected to have:
-5+ years related outbound contact center experience, with demonstrated track record of quota achievement and subordinates development
-Team building, goal oriented, analytical skills, people management, motivational techniques, incentive programs; determining revenue and call volume quotas.
