Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum requirement: Completion of at least 2 years of college studies
Must have an excellent command of the English language
Comfortable speaking with Americans and highly conversational
Should be energetic, lively and enthusiastic while providing professional customer service
Applicants with at least six months of call center experience (preferably outbound) are encouraged to apply
