Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or equivalent
Exceptional verbal English language skills
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the Telesales/Telemarketing field is required for this position.
Experience on telemarketing campaigns in North America a plus.
Aggressive, highly motivated and focused
Dependable, keen on details and have strong customer service orientation
Able to think independently
Amenable to work on a GRAVEYARD SHIFT (North American hours)
Candidate must be amenable to working in Greenhills, San Juan, Metro Manila.
Candidate must have strong drive to maintain and exceed quotas
Solid comprehension and active listening skills.
Proficient in CRM – correspondence record keeping
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent.
