Primary Job Responsibilities include:

1. Making outbound calls to customers, which includes telemarketing/sales calls and customer service/satisfaction.

2. Providing customers with product and service information.

3. Processing orders, forms, and applications.

4. Completing reports and call logs.
Requirements:


Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.

Required skill(s): excellent English communication skills, outbound sales and telemarketing, customer service oriented, team player, attention to detail.

Must be willing to work in a shifting schedule.

Applicants must be willing to work in Marikina City.
