We are seeking people with good leadership skills, strong communication and ability to motivate, challenge and innovate in a 24*7 environment.
Skills Required:
Should be able to Motivate and challenge the teams by providing both constructive feedback and praise where due, and setting performance targets.
Should be able to stretch work timings in order to complete assigned tasks in time.
Should be able to identify the gaps and bridge the gaps through constructive feedback.
Should be taking Initiatives in the process to meet Client requirements.
Should be able to coach and support new team members to help them meet the required standards.
Must have good analytical & problem solving skills.
Should be able to identify training needs at associate level and process level.
Should be adaptive, ready to learn, contribute and deliver consistently under pressure.
Should have good communication and presentation skills.
Should be flexible working in a 24x7 environment.
Key Deliverables:
Meeting client expectation and process metrics.
Handle client escalations wherever necessary.
Understanding of the Business situation and capability to address issues.
To motivate, develop and mentor team members/Team Leaders in a dynamically changing environment.
Monitor projects/transactions and provide qualitative/constructive feedback to the team members and Team Leaders.
Answer operations related queries from the client.
Drive process performance to achieve and exceed SLA deliverables.
To create a conducive and stimulating environment for the teams to accomplish their goals.
Manage expectations of his team members/Team Leaders and proactively should be able to sense their needs.
Represent the organization and participate in client visits and reviews.
Ability to drive process, performance & transformation.
To be a part of the client calibration call to have better understanding of the process and for continuous improvement.
Meeting client expectation and process metrics.
Monitor resource utilization & performance.
