Responsibilities:
The candidate will have overall responsibility for managing the smooth flow of operations of a team of billing specialists, particulary in meeting clients' expectations
This position leades a team of shift supervisors to ensure that all training and development needs of the operations staff are met
He/she shall likewise oversee the activities of the other departments in the company including Finance, Human Resources an Information Technology
It requires graveyard shift schedule
REQUIREMENTS:
2-5 years managerial experience preferably in a medical transcription /call center company
Excellent leadership, highly ananlytical and with good problem solving skills
Able to operate indenpendently and in consultation with top management
Highly proficient in software applications (Excel, Access)
