Callserv Corporation is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Operations Manager. Successfuly applicants for Operations Manager will have a great career in Callserv Corporation.

Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Business or any related course
At least 4 years experience in Customer Service/Relations Management
With extensive experience in client relations and client management
Knowledge of general accounting and billing procedures
Knowledge of personal computer operations and software applications
Ability to manage departmental expenditures in adherence to budgeted guidelines
Having worked in the same capacity in a call center environment a definite plus
