Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
Preferably Manager / Assistant Manager & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service
At least 1 to 2 years of experience in an operations manager role handling Customer Service.
Proven leadership skills: excellent judgement and professionalism.
Strong problem soling skills and ability to work independently.
Able to build productive business relationships with peers, subordinates and customers.
Excellent communication skills; able to give feedback effectively and express thoughts concisely.
