JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Hires, manages, develops, and evaluates production staff to ensure proper methods/techniques are used to achieve the highest levels of quality and service to meet client goals.
Reviews statistical data regarding productivity levels and performance; makes recommendations and takes actions where appropriate.
Prepares operational and financial reports to ensure budgetary/operational requirements are met.
Conducts staff meetings to resolve problems and ensure client goals are reached.
Authorizes and coordinates changes in staffing schedule; authorizes hiring, cross training, and/or overtime.
Communicates with Team Managers, monitors daily call volume, and compiles data for daily profit estimates.
Develops and implements operating methods and procedures to eliminate problems and improve quality of service.
Ensures production goals are met regarding quality and quantity of call handling.
Communicates client/account information to operations staff.
Ensures that all production systems and equipment are at optimum operative levels. Seeks timely resolutions to problems.
Participates in training classes to introduce new employees to company; evaluates progression of class.
Develops and implements motivational and training activities/awards to encourage productivity level and employee relations.
Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
May require a bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
