Position Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of Sykes’ call center operations
- Manage all communication between both Sykes and the Client
- Initiate and develop strategic and operational plans to facilitate continuous performance improvement for the Client
- Responsible for the Management Development Program of Client in Manila
- Full budgetary responsibilities for some Sykes accounts in Manila

Position Requirements:
- Dynamic, creative, analytical and proactive: This position will be empowered to drive changes and continually seek excellence
- At least 3-5 years working experience for a callcenter in a management capacity
- Proven track-record in a supervisory management role
- Communication: must be able to communicate effectively at team level but also at a very senior client level
