Our operations coordinator is someone who works directly with our Director of Operations and other department heads to make sure all employees stay motivated, productive and work as a team.
The key focus of this position as the conduit between the Director of Operations and the rest of the day-today operational staff. Tasks include planning, scheduling, coordinating, tracking, monitoring, evaluating and directing activities throughout the operations department, including project requirements, planning, development, testing and implementation.
Our Operations Coordinator also:
Updates our Director of Operations daily, weekly and monthly schedules.
Develops and maintains well organized filing system for operations, creating an easy reference setup, enabling rapid retrieval of information.
Produces regular activity reports for the Director of Operations.
Establishes and implements set controls around processes to ensure that client service levels and targets are met, if not exceed, on a consistent basis.
Analyze performance results and work with clients and staff alike in regards to training of client specific ‘product knowledge’ and other relevant topics to improve performance.
Requirements:
Our Ideal Operations Coordinator is someone that:
Has a BS Industrial Engineering background or any related course.
Has a minimum of 3 years work experience.
Embodies professionalism and leads by example.
Possesses exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Has great Interpersonal skills.
Is well versed in planning, organizing and documentation.
Has a very keen attention to detail.
Potentially has a background in ISO certification is an advantage, but not required.
