Your challenge will be:
-Manage specific Contact Center account operation using different technology systems and ensure quality service to the highest standards
-Responsible for account performance and service level delivery

You are expected to have:
-5+ years of relevant Contact Center experience, with demonstrated track record of achieving customer service excellence with at least 2 years in a supervisory position
-Team building, moral, people management, motivational, goal oriented and analytical skills
