- Analyze the customer demands of each ethnic group
- Analyze competition
- Analyze the online demographic of each ethnic group
- Propose online marketing strategies and budgets
- Negotiate with online media
- Design, implement, and track marketing campaigns

Qualifications:
- First and foremost, you are a internet heavy user and insider
- You should come from the ethnic group so you know it inside out.
