The Outbound Call Center Agents (Lead Generators) are responsible for generating sales leads from U.S. client prospects. This position requires knowledge of outbound telemarketing/sales skills. Successful applicants will receive a generous sales incentive program and an opportunity for career growth and development.

Qualifications:
Must be no more than 28 years of age
Must have a strong inclination towards sales
Minimum 3-6 months experience in telemarketing or sales
Good presentation and problem solving skills
Energetic, flexible and enthusiastic
Possess a pleasant voice with above average English communication skills
Self-motivated and can work with minimal supervision
Can work on U.S. time
