Call Center Agents
Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
1 - 2 years call center experience with strong sales orientation
Good communication skills and must be conversant
Solid comprehension and active listening skills
Works well under pressure
Able to multitask and is comfortable working with computer based applications
Able to perform well in a quota driven environment
Flexible and is willing to work in any shifts
Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas Center Pasig City.
200 Full-Time positions available.


Call Center Agents
Inbound/Outbound

Computer literate, excellent communication, listening and comprehension skills

Data/Reports Personnel
Experience in Data Extraction and Report Generation
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel

Quality Assurance Associates
IT Programmer
