Uniserve Business Solutions is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Non-Voice accounts. Successfuly applicants for Non-Voice accounts will have a great career in Uniserve Business Solutions.

Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative you will:
- Field concerns and questions from customers
- Communicate with customers over the phone, thru email, or regular mail correspondence
- Answer basic questions being asked by the customers which may be related to the products and services they have purchased

As a Technical Support Representative you will:
- Provide technical advice on application, installation, operation, and maintenance of certain products
- Do probing to identify the specific problem/s of the customer before providing solutions

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
Applicants must be willing to work in Makati-Ortigas-Libis-QC.
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
