Responsibilities:
· Cisco certification – CCNP or CCVP is must .
· Must have hands-on technical skills and experience in the following technologies and protocols: TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, Ethernet Switching , MPLS, QoS, Traffic Engineering, Policy based routing, IP services.
· Must have strong hands-on experience in Installation, Configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco Routers and switches. Experience on product lines like 7200, 6500, 4500 series devices etc.
· Having knowledge of Security / VOIP/IP Telephony is added advantage.
· Good communications skills are a must.
· Must have good technical writing skills and have experience in writing high test and implementation plans.
· Skills and experience dealing with high pressure situations and quick changing circumstances
Strong ability to follow through directions, issues and resolutions
Strong interpersonal and team work skills.
· Planning and design will include working on low level designs (LLDs) ,sizing, scalability planning, routing and traffic planning, service selection.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
