Team Manager - Sales (QC)
Responsibilities:
Providing positive, consistent, fair and committed leadership to the team
Actively pursuing a team environment focused on the achievement of the project's high quality standards and high performance goals.
Recognizing their team's deficiencies and developing action plans to overcome them.
Meeting monitoring goals and completing related reports
Providing effective feedback and coaching to the agents
Recommending innovative suggestions on incentive programs to motivate floor staff
Providing coverage on the floor as directed
Other duties and projects as required.
Requirements:
Management and/or call center experience preferred
2+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience in budget, forecasts and expense management desired
Assertive self starter who can work independently, yet function in a team environment
Excellent organization, planning, time management and analytical skills. Strong team building, interpersonal, communication, and motivational skills
Ability to lead and supervise in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment while managing multiple priorities
Ability to manage a diverse workforce

Senior Operations Manager (Clark, Pampanga)
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; and extensive experience in positions of management, especially the running of a call center facility. Responsibility and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Strong operation/production "hat"
Strong leadership skills
Ability to perform with ease multiple tasks and manage time effectively
Must be willing to relocate in Clark, Pampanga.
HR Masterdata Administrator
Maintain, update, and audit Human Resource data elements in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and Hiring Management System (HMS). Ensure proper use of data integration between the HRIS and the HMS for new hire on-boarding.
Principal Responsibilities
Maintain and update the organizational structure hierarchy, job function structure, departments, and work centers in the HRIS system and in the HMS system.
Audit the HRIS system to ensure compliance with position titles, abbreviations, job codes, overtime status, and manager hierarchy.
Create and configure new organization units and cost centers in the HRIS system and the HMS system. Maintain close communication with the Accounting and Finance departments to ensure accurate cost center structure.
Create and audit employee roster and position information to ensure data integrity in the HRIS and HMS systems.
Maintain day-to-day position information in the HRIS system to include: titles, abbreviations, job codes, overtime status, cost center, organization level and manager relationships.
Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with all Federal and Local laws and regulations relating to job duties.
Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with NCO policies and procedures.
Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement.
Make recommendations to implement improved processes.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in relevant work experience.
1-2 years of previous Human Resources or Human Resource Information Systems experience.
SAP and Taleo experience preferred.
Excellent Microsoft Office computer skills including Word, Excel, and Access.
Must be detail oriented.
Ability to research and analyze various types of data information.
Ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues, by using judgment that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulations or government law.
Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Ability to work in a team fostered environment.
Ability to work in multi-tasked environment.
Ability to prioritize and organize work.
