Candidate will be responsible for accepting calls and inquiries & providing competent, courteous, efficient and proactive point of contact for both the company’s customers and the company’s network.
Qualifications
· Must be a graduate of any four year course;
· 1 - 2 years experience on a similar industry (Preferred, but not Required);
· Familiar with Microsoft Office Applications;
· Fluent in both Cantonese and English languages (oral and written).
Desired Skills and Knowledge
· Types 60 words per minute;
· Able to demonstrate a high level of service delivery;
· Able to display Team Spirit;
· Willing to work long hours and flexible shifts.
