MTS is seeking young, talented professionals to join them in the following position:
1) Senior Research Executive/Research Executive (2 Positions)
Responsibilities:
* Conduct market and other types of research. Execute and oversee all related processes of the research project, while coordinating well with other divisions on research project.
Qualifications:
* Master Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, etc.
* 2-3 year working experience in related field (Senior Research Executive)
* Having service mind, interpersonal and negotiable skill
* Be able to read, write, speak English fluently
* Able to write, read and speak Japanese in a plus
* Be able to work under any pressure
* Be able to complete work within committed timeframe
2) Call Center Team Leader - Operations Division (1 Position)
Qualifications:
* Male/Female age above 25 year old
* Bachelor's degree in related field
* Experience in Call Center at least 2 years
* Good interpersonal and communication skills, service mind, enthusiastic person and leadership
* Willing to work a shift
* Good command spoken and written in English and computer literacy skills
* Experience in telesales skills would be advantage
3) Senior Coordinator - Sales & Marketing Division (1 Position)
Responsibilities:
Support the overall expansion of MTS by leading the Thai Business Development Department to secure projects in order to achieve sales, profit, and growth targets.
* Prospect identification and approach, client contact, negotiations, and account management
* Understand client objectives, requirements and intentions
* Manage sales revenue and profit targets
* Provide on-going operations support to build client confidence and strong relationship
* Market trends analysis and strategic planning
* Build awareness, develop positioning strategies, and enhance company image
* Project Management: Interface, coordinate, and communicate with internal divisions, business partners, and clients to ensure delivery of exceptional results
* Business development activities, such as proposal preparation and development of attra ctive customized service menu
* Service agreements preparation and review
Qualifications:
* Bachelor of higher degree in marketing or any other commerce related field
* Experience preferably in call center/outsourcing, research, and/or service-related industries
* Detail-oriented and high level of responsibility
* Passion for excellence
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Customer and goal-oriented
* Strong leadership and maturity
* Positive attitude, committed, and motivated by challenges
* Good written and verbal communication skills (above average English ability)
* Advanced MS Office and presentation skills
