Job Description
Skymol Corp. is the leader in live help and customer service solution using voice & video, and chat. The job of a Mid-Market Sales Representative is to sell products and services to new prospects. This position works with the support of our sales team.

Primary Responsibilities
- Generate revenues from new customers by closing Skymol Communication Services agreements within an assigned geographic territory.
- Develop a territory strategy to penetrate new markets.
- Cold Call, prospect and establish rapport with target accounts established in territory strategy.
- Quickly and effectively respond to company driven leads.
- Succeed in individual and team selling environment, coordinating closely with field teammates for maximum territory coverage.
- Consistently forecast monthly and quarterly performance within a 15% margin of error from actual bookings.

Required Skills/Education
- Bachelor`s degree required.
- Minimum 2 years experience in technical sales, software or service provider. (inside or field)
- Classically trained in proven sales methodology.
- Goal-oriented and incentive driven with a history of overachievement.
- Detail oriented, relationship-building skills, and a passion for superb customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Proven ability to handle, adapt, and overcome change.
- Hunter with a drive to outperform targets.

Profile for Success
- 2+ years experience selling technical solutions in the marketing / online commerce space.
- Has maintained an average deal size of $10K+ for the last 2 years.
- Has met or exceeded annual quota 2 of the last 3 years in a competitive market space.
- Commitment to customer service.
- Solution Selling focus versus product "features".
- A drive to close deals.

Scope
- This is an individual contributor position.

Position Type
- Flexible, very high commission based salary.
