Responsibilities:
Manage an online merchandizing calendar on assigned areas of the Website. Map out site promotions, merchandising schedule, marketing promotions, Web promos, etc. Frequently update and communicate out the weekly merchandising calendar to a broader team and possibly run a weekly Marketing / Sales meetings to ensure all key business owners are up-to-speed. Work closely with Web Operations and Category Marketing to ensure enterprise and Web specific promotions are prioritized. Complete necessary documents and Change Requests for internal teams to deploy and retire merchandising assets. Work with business owners, category managers, and various stakeholders to ensure testing and approval of merchandising assets are complete prior to deployment. Manage other day-to-day operations of the eCommerce portion of the Web merchandising that include:
* Online customer shopping experience.
* Website reporting as it relates to site visits, page views, click-through rates, conversions, sales, purchase path flow and abandon rates, marketing investment productivity, etc.
* Track and manage site elements such as landing pages, home page design, user interface, cart check-out process, and ad tiles.
* Provide daily, weekly, monthly reporting, trending, and analysis of merchandising results.
* Ensure maximum site availability and quality of customer experience.
* Quickly escalating any issues, defects, or bugs.
