Responsibilities:

* Transcribes and/or edits medical records dictated by doctors and others, such as history and physical reports, clinic notes, office notes, operative reports, consultation notes, discharge summaries, letters, psychiatric evaluations, laboratory reports, x-ray reports and pathology reports.

* It involves receiving dictation by voice file, and using ear phones, a foot pedal, and a word processing program.


Requirements:

* Applicants must have at least 1-year medical transcription experience.

* Preferably with a Bachelor's/College Degree in the Medical/Paramedical/Sciences field.

* Requires very good listening and English language skills, and computer skills. Knowledge of medical terms is an advantage.

* Applicants must be willing to work in Muntinlupa City.

* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
