Responsibilities:
Set-up/Refine metrics-based management organization
Demonstrate the practical applicability of Six Sigma and lean to banking processes by driving results
Play the role of Master Black Belt - directly accountable for service delivery on Six Sigma and other Quality and Change Delivery (Q&CD) tools and independently manage the team/training cell
Drive Six Sigma cultural change among the senior management
Mentor hi-potential Black Belt projects
Mentor and groom Black Belts
Integrate with the larger Q&CD organization to help drive the larger Q&CD goal
Requirements:
Candidate must be a Certified Black Belt (BB)
Candidate should have an MBA degree
Should be from Financial Services and preferably with BPO background
Should have been in the role of Six Sigma BB/MBB for at least 1 year
Should have managed a team of Black Belts for delivering Six Sigma results
Six Sigma skill sets
Candidates with the following background/skill would have an advantage -- Master Black Belt (MBB), Finance or Engineering background, experience in consulting role, experience in managing operations
Willing to work in Taguig
