Responsibilities:
He or she shall be responsible for managing and directing the marketing department within Exist Software Labs. The position is responsible for developing marketing strategies focused at increasing sales and/or market share for all products and services. He or she should also be able to develop business opportunities to new products from emerging technologies.

Requirements:


Graduate of Marketing or any business course or related discipline required.

With at least 4-5 years solid marketing experience preferably within the IT Industry; must have proven record of accomplishments in previous jobs in marketing/sales experience for an IT Company a definite advantage.

Possesses excellent interpersonal, communication skills able to work well with all levels in the organization/clients.

Ability to work in a fast-paced /changing environment, rapid mover, meticulous and action-oriented

Team player, results-oriented, self-motivated with analytical mind, good negotiation, presentation and leadership skills with good business acumen

Superior proficiency in the use of MS Office applications and internet
