Description:
LWS Media is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Marketing Manager.

As the Marketing Manager, you will work with the Creative Director, the Client (based in US), the Senior Web Designer and a team of web professionals.
Responsibilities:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for the editorial development of LWS Media's growing suite of online sales and marketing collateral, which includes web sites, sales pages, order forms, blogs, banner ads, pop up windows, newsletters, and various online affiliate resource pages.
Create informative and marketing-driven content of marketing materials such as a catalog
Compose clear, persuasive, original copy for websites and online advertisements
Write persuasive headlines, captions, page descriptions and web marketing text
Working with management and internal clients to plan the layout and design of print and web projects
Ensuring all projects are well scoped and delivered on-time to desired specifications; adhering to IMC standards
Requirements:
Two to five years of editorial experience at a broadcast, newspaper, magazine or online publishing venture and a familiarity with computers and the Web. Webzine writing is considered a plus.
Has a degree or training in a related field (advertising, journalism, literature, creative writing, media communications etc).
Editorial portfolio review required (writing samples).
Experience with brand advertising and direct marketing writing is considered a plus.
Ability to think critically and organize information for publication on the Web.
Strong interest in addressing and advocating for the end-user's experience
Strong copyediting and proofing skills.
Ability to discern the appropriate voice for a particular client, end user or genre.
Working knowledge of graphic design and information architecture methodologies.
Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work well on teams.
Strong project management skills.
Solid familiarity with computers and the Web. Working knowledge of Mac, Windows and Unix, plus an understanding of browser capabilities and the constraints of the Web. Working knowledge of basic HTML tags a plus.
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.
Ability to work with and present to clients.
