Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include providing world class customer service support to client’s Chinese customers by assisting customers with their inquiries, proactively handling complaints, providing appropriate and effective resolutions to customer concerns.
Requirements:
• Must have finished at least 2 years in college or equivalent
• Call center experience is an advantage, but not required
• Must be fluent in spoken Mandarin
• Good analytical skills
• Excellent customer service oriented attitude
