Location: Mumbai, India
Preferred Education: B Sc. Graduate

Area of Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for the BPO Accounts Receivables team and ensure productivity, quality and data security within the program.

- You will be responsible to analyze US medical claims and follow up with the respective organizations.

- Your will need to review the team members through Total Quality Management (TQM)

- You will be responsible for client satisfaction and client interactions.

- You will be required to conduct training programs for freshers, which will include medical jargon and terminology.

Skills & Job requirements:
- You should have people management skills, with excellent communication skills both in written and spoken English.

- You should have experience in a US Medical Billing Processes, and atleast 6 years of overall industry experience.

- You must be a B Sc. Graduate
