Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible in assisting the business planning manager in carrying out the management reporting responsibilities of the unit on a regular basis.
He/she will be responsible for providing adequate analysis of budgets and costs and variances which are required by top management and operating units in effectively performing their decision activities.
As part of the responsibility, the Management Accountant should ensure the proper tracking of expenses not only on an account basis but also on a project basis.
The Management Accountant will assist the Business Planning manager in upgrading the company’s management accounting process.
The position is a critical function because the inputs and the analysis are used in making decisions such as go or no go, accept or reject, hire or fire decisions. Thus, it is imperative for the incumbent to display keen analytical ability and communicate effectively in an interactive fashion with top management and operating units to achieve high synergy and goal alignment.
Requirements:
Qualified candidates must be a college graduate of BS Accountancy or equivalent. CPA graduate is preferred.
With at least 2 years of work experience in financial and management accounting functions.
Experience in the different Accounting Systems such as SAP, NAV, etc.
Experience in Financial Planning Software (e.g. Hyperion, TM1)
Proficient in spreadsheet, Excel.
Strong decision making skills, confident, and has the ability to multitask.
Has cross functional experience and good presentation skills.
Can work under pressure, dependable.
Proficient in MS Office platform.
Applicant should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Must be willing to work on mid shifts.
