eSYNERGYplus is looking for MULTILINGUAL AGENTS - Makati City, San Pedro, Bi��Laguna

- Handle incoming / outbound calls and answer customer queries supporting Japanese, Korean, Chinese customers

- Call / Email / Fax client for further processing of their documents

- Keep accounts updated with customer information

- Follow up with the customer for appointment setting

- Research and resolve problem transactions identified on a daily basis

- Maintain records concerning customers? outstanding accounts, tax credits, etc.


Requirements

- Good in Spanish, Japanese, Chinese, and/or Korean Communication skills
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Computer Literate
- Problem Solving and Analytical skills
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor?s/ College Degree in any field or at least 2 years in College
- Fresh graduates/ Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
