Responsibilities:

-Provide support and technical solution for hosted systems, networking, internet, email services and PC workstations.
-Perform installation, configuration and maintenance of 30 to 40 Window 7 workstations
-Maintain Active Directory / Domain environment behind Astaro Firewall
-Maintain record keeping for user login information, software licenses, application requirements
-Develop & maintain fileserver organization & backups
Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or related disciplines
Minimum of 2 years experiences in IT and technical support with hands-on experience in Window Active Directory / Domain environment
Familiar with MS Win7 Professional and Server2008 FTP, VPN, Networking, Firewall, HTML, JavaScript
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows environment including, Active Directory , DNS, DHCP and WINS operation
Good knowledge in computer hardening and system security (permissions, data encryption, etc)
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
Strong interpersonal skills and trouble-shooting skills
Able to work independently and under pressure
Strong self-motivation
