EXL Service is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Line HR Associates.
Successfuly applicants for Line HR Associates will have a great career in EXL Service.
Responsibilities:
These individuals will be the primary HR business partners of a specific business unit interacting with several key executives and their teams.
In addition, these individuals will serve as brokers of internal HR services to their primary business partners, and will monitor trends in employee relations, turnover and other key operational metrics to monitor organizational health and climate.
They will be working closely with their assigned departments in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience as an HR Generalist with emphasis on Employee Relations, preferably in the BPO/call center industry.
Applicants must be willing to work on the night shift.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources.
