PSG Global Solutions is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Lead Generation Specialist. Successfuly applicants for Lead Generation Specialist will have a great career in PSG Global Solutions.

This position will be responsible for generating business leads for our clients, several of whom are staffing firms in the US. This position calls for extensive research skills and strong outbound sales capabilities. The Lead Generation Specialist will begin their work by conducting online research into the sectors of interest to our clients and then start calling into different channels in these sectors. The variety of channels that will be used to generate these leads, include but are not limited to
• Direct dialing companies: The Lead Generation Specialist will call into companies, get past gatekeepers and find out which positions are being hired for, at what locations (branches) and obtain the name and contact information of the hiring manager.
• Job seeker interviews: The Lead Generation Specialist will speak with job seekers in specific fields, understand which companies they interviewed with, confirm that they work with staffing firms and obtain the contact information of the hiring manager and the positions that they are hiring for.

The Lead Generation Specialist works night-time hours (US Monday-Friday).
