Responsibilities:
Handle and Faciliate Near - Hire and Foundation Training
Conduct Refresher Clinics and Training Intervention Programs
Assist in the Recruitment Process, making assessments on Communication skills of Job Applicants
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, any field.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in DAVAO.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
Full-Time positions available.
Apt to Multitask
Preferably has at least 3 months experience as a Call Center Agent
Flexible to Shifting Schedule and Overtime
Flexible to work offsite (Tibungco and Tagum City)
Exceptional Communication and Public Speaking skills
