Teleperformance USA is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Language Specialist. Successfuly applicants for Language Specialist will have a great career in Teleperformance USA.

Qualifications:
Candidate must posess at least a Bachelor's/College degree in any field
Preferably 2-3 years experience in Education/Training or equivalent field
Excellent oral and written English communcation skills
Call Center experience is an advantage
Must be very detail oriented
Able to identify accent and grammar issues and coach on them
Must have the ability to identify center wide communication issues and formulate action plans
Must be proficient in Microsoft applications
must be able to formulate tools to measure centerwide successes
