Requirements:

* Applicants must be willing to work in Cebu City.
* MINIMUM 5 years experience
* CPA very helpful, but not required
* Must be a highly motivated self starter with a macro aptitude for assisting US based CEO and CFO and local operations manager with development and tracking of various productivity metrics, based on both staff member accountability and individual customer profitability.
* Must have skills and understanding of:

International accounting,
Financial reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet),
Transfer pricing, consolidation, and PEZA requirements.


* Must have strong skills in basic software (MS excel, quickbooks) and an aptitude for customizing processes for efficiency.
* Responsible for daily, weekly, monthly financial reporting/forecasting/negotiation.
