Responsibilities:

Outbound calls to existing business partners of IBM
Discover new contacts or replacement contacts
Verify existing names
Add/Update account and contact information
Requirements:

Outstanding customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written English and Korean communication skills
Typing proficiency is a plus
Ability to work closely with other team members
Proficient in basic Microsoft applications – MS Excel, MS Access
Preferably with outbound experience, data entry and marketing
Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, any field.
Applicants must be willing to work in Market! Market! Bonifacio Global City.
