Sitel Philippines is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Junior Programmer. Successfuly applicants for Junior Programmer will have a great career in Sitel Philippines.

Responsibilities:


Monitor DSS Scheduler and resolve issues as they arise.

Handle preliminary troubleshooting and/or escalate issues as required.

Operate within the boundaries defined by Service Level Agreements (SLA) and ensure all contractual obligations and deliverables are correct.

Provide clear updates to the business from the time an issue arises to the time it’s resolved.



Requirements:


Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

Candidate must possess strong knowledge of I.T. operations and DSS Scheduling software.

Candidate must be knowledgeable in VB, C++, SQL, and/or Perl.

At least 6 months of technical experience in IT technical support, IT operations and IT call centers.

Applicants must be willing to work in Pasig City on a shifting schedule.

Full-Time positions available.

Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
