OUTBOUND CALL CENTER AGENT
Requirements:
- Graduate of 4-year degree course
- With 1-3 Years experience in Sales and Marketing
- Call center experience a huge plus
- Experience in financing and credit companies an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with American accent
- Ability to sell products hit and maintains sales quotas.
- Proven track sales record.
- Has desire to earn additional income
- Must be competitive and goal-oriented person
- Willingness to learn and undergo training
- Willing to work in Quezon City and in shifts, including graveyard

OUTBOUND CALL CENTER AGENT (SPANISH SPEAKING)
Requirements:
- Graduate of 4 years course, can speak Spanish
- With 1-2 years experience in Sales and Marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with Neutral American Accent is required
- Goal Oriented and Self Motivated
- Willing to work in Quezon City and in shifts, including graveyard and weekends

TECHNICAL SUPPORT ANALYST
Requirements:
- Graduate of 4-year degree course, preferably Computer Science or IT-related course
- With 1-2 years experience in Customer Service or Technical Support, preferably in a call center environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with a North American accent
- Demonstrated ability to work with documentation to resolve customer problems
- Technical background in data communications or telephony
- Knowledgeable in PC applications and peripheral equipment as well as LAN terminologies.
- Knowledge of Windows networking protocols preferred.
- Willingness to work in a team environment and ability to adapt to the ever-changing developments in a VOIP systems arena.
- Willing to work Quezon City and in shifts, including graveyard and weekends
