Graduate of any IT-related courses
Should possess technical knowledge in JAVA, J2EE, JUNIT, HTML, SQL
Should possess knowledge of any framework such as STRUTS, Turbine, WACs (Websphere Application Components) and IDE tools such as ECLIPSE
With at least 1 year hands-on programming experience
Should be imbued with strong analytical skills
Able to work under pressure; detail and result-oriented
