Responsibilities:
Diagnose and provide path to resolving inquiries
Provide excellent customer service and analyze problems effectively at all times
Work with confidential customer information
Problem solve to help customers resolve issues on first call
Accurately log all customer interactions in data management system
Achieve highest levels of customer satisfaction scores
Communicate positively with team members, customers and other partners
Thrives as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment
Collect and report product quality insights gained during customer interactions


Requirements:
Native level Japanese language skills, familiar with Japanese honorifics
Strong speaking voice with clear diction, strong communication skills, verbal and written, with a proactive and positive approach
Excellent written communications skills are a distinct advantage
English as Second language with verbal and/or written skills
At least 6 months of customer support experience via phone, email, and chat
Experience working with direct consumers, in B2C environment, B2B a plus
No experience are also accepted provided that they have excellent communication skills – Japanese/Korean and English
Very customer service focused, able to deal with customers in a friendly and polite manner
Ability to manage difficult conversations
Substantial personal or professional experience using smart mobile technology, such as iPhone, iPad, Palm Pre, Amazon Kindle, any Android device
Passionate about technology, familiar with more than one popular internet browser (IE, Firefox, Safari or Chrome), and enjoys digital media (music,
movies, books, apps)
Technologically capable: have had experience troubleshooting personal electronic devices (e.g., personal computers, smartphones, tablets), online
Self-motivator, high energy level and good emotional intelligence, likes people
Attention to detail. Agents need to record all information regarding the customer’s issue - especially when they need to escalate for clients attention.
