Job duties:
Technical support for the Zinstall XP7 product for the Japanese market. to answer calls of
native Japanese speakers, expecting Japanese-speaking support.
Representative's job will be to answer the calls and assist the clients technically with operating the product.
Since the product is a tool for upgrading computers, representative will need to understand and be able to provide basic support on Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7
QUALIFICATIONS:
With tech support back ground at least 1 yr in software and hardware
can speak and write native Japanese.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent. Job role in IT Support/Helpdesk or equivalent.
1 Full-Time positions available.
