Sykes Asia is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Japanese Customer Service Representative. Successfuly applicants for Japanese Customer Service Representative will have a great career in Sykes Asia.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide customer support initiatives through inbound/outbound phone
• Respond to inbound calls from distributors, dealers and end-users
• Provide background of products and support to customers
• Ensure that required information is logged into central information system pertaining to customer information and request
• Adhere to Service Leval Agreement (SLA) set by clients, if not exceeds
• Follows team’s defined process and procedures and company policies
• Provide accurate solution in a timely manner
• Escalate out of his boundary issues to team lead/client escalation teams
• Reports to Team Lead and to Account Supervisor of the things possible areas for improvement


REQUIREMENTS:
• College degree - Engineering or related discipline preferred
• Excellent Japanese skills (speaking and writing)
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Technical, engineering or production experience is a plus
• High mechanical aptitude is a plus
• Customer Orientation
• Knowledge in MS Excel and MS Outlook
