Sykes Asia is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Japanese Customer Service Representative.
Successfuly applicants for Japanese Customer Service Representative will have a great career in Sykes Asia.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide customer support initiatives through inbound/outbound phone
Respond to inbound calls from distributors, dealers and end-users
Provide background of products and support to customers
Ensure that required information is logged into central information system pertaining to customer information and request
Adhere to Service Leval Agreement (SLA) set by clients, if not exceeds
Follows teams defined process and procedures and company policies
Provide accurate solution in a timely manner
Escalate out of his boundary issues to team lead/client escalation teams
Reports to Team Lead and to Account Supervisor of the things possible areas for improvement
REQUIREMENTS:
College degree - Engineering or related discipline preferred
Excellent Japanese skills (speaking and writing)
Excellent interpersonal skills
Technical, engineering or production experience is a plus
High mechanical aptitude is a plus
Customer Orientation
Knowledge in MS Excel and MS Outlook
