RiceCash currently has full and part-time opportunities available for fluently bilingual Customer Service Representatives in their Manila call centre located in Makati. All calls are inbound from customers worldwide. The ideal candidate should preferably have worked in a customer service environment previously, has the ability to multi-task and enjoys a team environment

Qualification:
good communication skills in English is required, together with Japanese
strong desire to provide exceptional customer service
working knowledge of MS office
previous call center customer service experience an asset
flexible schedule for days, weekends or evening shifts
good written and oral english
good PC and typing skills
