Responsibilities:
Oversees management and maintenance of all production and non-production databases and servers, as well as networking equipment.
Assists the Network Administrator in identifying, recommending and managing deployment of hardware and software upgrades purchases for production and administration.
Helps in coordinating with other department heads and managers to early determine their IT requirements and ensures that their IT systems are working smoothly and efficiently.
Develops appropriate systems to be used by the production in coding different projects. Assists in the maintenance of ongoing systems development and activities. Provides network support to users and network problems across wide area network.
Proficient with Windows server, Windows Desktop and Linux operating systems.
Ensures implementation of IT policies and procedures.
Performs other duties as required or assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
Must have two years experience in related field
Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
Good Organizational and Time Management Skills.
Strong Comprehension Skills and Attention to details.
Ability to adhere and adjust to all Organizational Policies and Procedures.
Knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications.
Ability to effectively interact with co-employees at all levels of the organization and with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds.
Problem Solving Skills and Strong Analytical Skills.
