Call Center Associate - for an Outbound Account
Responsibilities:
Responsible for making outbound calls and providing assistance to policy applicants.
It liaises for the underwriting department to assist customers with various policy application processes that will facilitate its completion.
Assist in lead generation by providing pre-qualification reviews, real-time call transfers to sales agents, navigation and information assistance to online site visitors and in force customer data update.
