Requirements
* Must be college graduates of a 4-year course; preferably IT-related
* At least two years work experience in a call center for a technical account OR two years work experience in a call center (non-technical account) and have IT education
* Excellent English communication skills
* Willing to work in a schedule-shifting environment, including graveyard, weekends and holidays
