Position Summary:
The Inside Sales Representative's primary responsibility is to handle and address inbound leads, conduct phone/web conference software demos with prospects, and investigate and qualify all incoming contacts that arise through web-based marketing and other campaigns. The sales cycle for Small and Medium Enterprise sales opportunities will be managed fully by the ISR, while Large Enterprise sales opportunities will be referred to the field sales team.
The position will also require outbound prospecting via phone and email to the Talisma customer base, and occasionally to targeted vertical markets, as defined by the sales and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 Years Sales Experience
- Background in Technology (Software/Internet preferred)
- Excellent communication skills and discovery process skills a must
- Sales skills - prospecting, qualifying, etc
- Excellent presentation skills, ability to present a product service via phone/web conference, trade shows, etc
- Excellent computer skills, proficient with standard software products, Internet, and web applications
- Good organizational skills
- CRM/CIM/Knowledge Management software knowledge a big plus
