Responsibilities:

Devoted to the maintenance and care of the whole building and its facilities. Duties may include the care of air conditioning, electric power, plumbing and lighting systems; cleaning; decoration; grounds keeping.
Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or equivalent
Graduate of Don Bosco Technical or TESDA certified (Electrical/Mechanical) is an advantage.
At least 3 years of working experience as an industrial technician or building maintenance technician.
With hands-on knowledge and skill in basic electricity and control system, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and PLC.
Can interpret plans and schematic diagrams.
Computer literate (knowledge in Auto CAD is an advantage).
Must be highly accurate, detail-oriented, and able to complete work rapidly.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
Willing to work in a shifting schedule.
